Technology implementation

The investment in the construction of distribution facilities for any chargers is very high, and some airports do not have the conditions for power expansion.

The equipment near the aircraft needs power when providing boarding bridge, power and air conditioning services. When the weather is not extreme, the equipment does not need the maximum power. When the load is idle or there is surplus, the power can be supplied to the charging pile.

Make full use of current power resources, do not need to increase power supply capacity and facilities, resources can be  allocated resonably and save construction cost.

The power of charger is mainly 40KW(low voltage),60KW(low voltage) and 120KW (high voltage).

The power load capacity of airport near position equipment is sufficient. Single bridge(C, D class) reaches more than 350KW, double bridge(E,F class) reaches more than 450KW, and the power of its supporting substation and distribution box is greater than the power of the corresponding load charging pile.

The electric load of charging pile is less than that of near station equipment. This has the basic conditions and effectiveness of sharing power supply between the near device and the charging pile, and the charging pile end load can use the surplus power of the near device.

When the aircraft is approaching, the equipment near the aircraft is working, and the boarding bridge needs to connect with the ground 400HZ power supply and ground air conditioning to supply power and air conditioning to the aircraft. At this time, the electric GSE such as passenger setor, ferry, conveyor belt loader, cargo loaders and baggage towing tractor are also working time, providing various guarantees for the aircraft. At this time, the near position equipment is in the state of electricity, the electric GSE is in the working time rather than the charger, there is no need to use the charger, the charger is in the zero load state, and there is no need for power supply. When the aircraft leaves the airport, the equipment near the aircraft stops running, and it is precisely the charger of the electric GSE, and all the electric load can be allocated to the charging pile to charge the electric vehicle.

Power to ensure that the near equipment priority power supply, at the same time can automatically collect the main circuit current, voltage, power and other data, analyze the near equipment electricity load capacity is surplus;

If there is a large amount of surplus electricity, the system automatically allocates surplus electricity to the charging pile while ensuring the stable power supply of the equipment near the machine.

Once the signal of no power demand of the near station equipment is collected, the system will send a signal to the switching system in the distribution box of the charging pile, and the switching system will close the power supply to the charging pile to realize power sharing.

Operations more than 5 years: According to the requirements of the airport,the covered bridge is equipped with two 60KW low-voltage double-gun charging piles and four low-voltage GSE charging parking Spaces. It is equipped with two 120KW high-voltage dual-gun charging piles and four high-voltage GSE equipment (vehicle) charging parking Spaces
